Beginners Tactics for Pai Gow Poker
April 17th, 2020 by Holden

Double-hand Poker is a modern game with ancient ancestry. Based on the old Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in an awesome game for beginning level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the croupier, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers bet against other gamblers. By gambling against the dealer, starting players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more advanced players winning their money.

A further Pai Gow edge is the relatively slow game pace, beginners are able to take their time and strategize while not having to make hasty selections.

It is also simpler to bet on for an extended time with only a tiny amount of money after all, to lose, each of your hands has to be lower than both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the regular 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt seven cards face up and the house is dealt seven cards face down.

One five card hand and one two card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the five card hand has to be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
