Web poker has become world famous recently, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its television scores. Over the years several variants on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the gamblers wager against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is little conniving or different kinds of concealment. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up just before the dealer broadcasting "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the dealer and of course all of the other players receive 5 cards each. After you have observed your hand and the bank’s 1st card, you must either make a call bet or give up. The call wager’s amount is akin to your original wager, indicating that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your wager goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the wager comes the conclusion. If the casino doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, plus a sum on par with the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or better, you win if your hand defeats the dealer’s hand. The dealer pays out chips equal to your ante and controlled odds on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for three of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
